Pruning Workshop with the Gardeners of Bamboo Brook
The gardeners at Bamboo Brook and Willowwood really know their stuff and when it comes to pruning, no one does it better. Learn the how’s and why’s from the experts, the science behind it all and what tools to use. Then, practice your new skills on the trees and shrubs in the gardens. Dress for the weather, sturdy shoes and bring your garden gloves.
Time: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Location: Bamboo Brook Education Center (just 200 yards down the road from Willowwood)

Willowwood Highlights Tour April 24

Daffodils, cherries, and magnolias will be featured in this garden tour at Willowwood Arboretum. Don’t miss this opportunity to stroll through the plant collections with the gardeners who are responsible for this beautiful site. Meet in front of the 18th Century Stone Barn and wear sturdy walking shoes. This program is eligible for 1.5 Rutgers Master Gardener CEU’s.
Time: 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Location: Willowwood Arboretum.
Cost: $15 per person.* Registration Required. Registration details available in March.
