Donations
All donations made through willowwoodarboretum.org, PayPal, Check, Cash, and any other forms are final and non-refundable. Donations directly support the mission and programs of the Willowwood Foundation. Charitable donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

Merchandise Purchases
Merchandise purchased through our online shop is non-refundable. Exceptions may be made only if an item arrives defective or damaged, or in other limited circumstances approved on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt by emailing contactus@willowwoodarboretum.org and may require photo documentation.
Approved replacements or resolutions will be determined at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Event Tickets and Registrations
Tickets and registrations for Willowwood Arboretum or Willowwood Foundation events are non-refundable. However, event tickets are transferable, and ticket holders may transfer their tickets to another individual if they are unable to attend. The Foundation is not responsible for coordinating or facilitating ticket transfers.

Event Changes or Cancellations
The Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events at its discretion and/or due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, ticket holders may be notified of such changes and possible event rescheduling information.

Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party providers, including Wix Payments and PayPal. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued through the original payment method and are subject to the policies and processing timelines of those providers.
