Willowwood Arboretum is public park land owned and operated by the Morris County Park Commission and is open to the public. We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all visitors, staff, volunteers, and participants.

Nondiscrimination

Willowwood Arboretum does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

All individuals are welcome at Willowwood Arboretum.

Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, racism, bullying, intimidation, threats, or discriminatory behavior—whether in person, in writing, online, or through social media or other digital platforms—will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal or physical harassment

  • Hate speech or discriminatory remarks

  • Bullying or cyberbullying

  • Disruptive or threatening behavior

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in removal from the Arboretum or from events, denial of future access, and referral to law enforcement. Offenders may be prosecuted in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness conduct that violates this policy or feel your rights or safety are threatened, please contact us immediately at contactus@willowwoodarboretum.org. If there is an immediate safety concern, contact local law enforcement (call 911) right away.
